Zurich Instruments 的可程式設計量子系統控制器PQSC是這樣一款儀器—可以將100個量子比特(甚至更多)的電腦所需要的儀器連結起來。PQSC具有低延遲即時通信鏈,專為量子計算而設計;PQSC突破了傳統控制方式的局限,使自動快速地進行量子比特校準成為現實。它提供FPGA程式設計介面,FPGA型號是功能強大的 Xilinx UltraScale+。這為開發新的,優化的信號處理方案提供了平臺。這些方案可以用於特定的演算法和電腦架構中實現快速調諧和糾錯。
PQSC具有18個ZSync介面,用於連接Zurich Instruments的HDAWG和UHFQA,分別用於量子比特控制和讀取。可擴展的架構可以精准同步超過100個AWG通道的系統,提供狀態監測,確保量子比特調諧的品質和可靠性。ZSync 鏈路對所有的儀器發送系統時鐘,精准同步所有的儀器,達到亞納秒的時間精度。 另外,ZSync具有雙向的資料傳輸介面,既可用將量子比特讀取結果發送到PQSC來進行集中處理,也可用來發送觸發信號到下位機,進行同步。ZSync 鏈路遵循嚴密的即時操作,所有的資料傳輸時間都是可預測的,可以達到單個時鐘週期的精度。 這樣就可以實現快速的調諧,故障解析和糾錯。LabOne控制軟體為所有的儀器提供高層次的介面,具有多種API,比如LabVIEW,C,MATLAB,.NET。
