Elveflow設計了一個無油式的真空源，由於其體積小僅一只箱體，可便於在實驗室環境中的使用。

這款真空泵是向微流體流量控制器（如Elveflow OB1）提供真空的理想選擇。 穩定的真空度可產生至-850mbar，這使它成為-900/1000mbar-900/6000mbar壓力調節器完美配套產品。

A compact and light vacuum source

We designed an oil-free vacuum source to ease the integration in a laboratory environment thanks to its small footprint and integrated tank.

This vacuum pump is ideal to supply vacuum to a pressure regulator such as the ELVEFLOW OB1.

The steady vacuum generation goes down to -850 mbar which makes it the perfect companion product for -900/1000mbar -900/6000mbar  pressure regulators.
