CMM-1H裝置設計用於乾燥、加熱、過濾和排掉變壓器油箱中的礦物變壓器油。
該過程是基於熱和真空的應用。油被加熱並被抽到真空室。由於真空室中的壓力較低,油中的水會沸騰並蒸發掉。水蒸氣隨著真空泵的排氣被排除。
CMM-1H該裝置由機體、離心油泵(輸出)、真空泵、電控板、真空室、過濾器、油水分離器、管道、儀表板、進油口和出油口組成。

The СММ-1Н unit is designed for drying, heating and filtration of mineral transformer oil, as well as evacuation of transformer tanks.
The process is based on application of heat and vacuum. The oil is heated and pumped to the vacuum chamber. The low pressure in the chamber makes the water in the oil boil and evaporate. The water vapor is removed with vacuum pump exhaust.
The СММ-1Н unit consists of the following elements: a frame, a centrifugal oil pump (output), a vacuum pump, an electrical control cabinet, a vacuum chamber, filters, an oil trap, piping, an instrument panel, an oil inlet and an oil outlet.
